GENERAL REGULATIONS The Terms and Conditions define the rules and procedures for booking and renting the Apartments posted on the website, booking portals and directly at the facility; it is an integral part of the concluded contract. Making a reservation means at the same time concluding a rental agreement between SoleOle and the reserving party, hereinafter referred to as the Guest, and accepting the conditions set forth in there regulations. The Terms and Conditions are binding for all guests staying at the facility.
SoleOle Company gives the Guest the use of the Apartment together with all furnishing and equipment (electronics, household appliances as specified in Appendix 1 Apartment Equipment).
Apartments are rented for hotel days. Hotel day start from 17:00 on the day of guest’s arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.
Guest is obliged to report his/her wish to extend their stay to the reception desk no later than 18:00 on the day before their departure. The extension on the stay depends on the current possibilities and requires approval of the reception employee and payment for the additional time of renting the apartment according to the price list valid for that day.
Extension of the hotel day or occupation of the apartment without prior arrangement after the expiration of the time set for its departure will result in a charge for the start of the next hotel day in accordance with the current price list for that day.
After booking, the Guest receives detailed information on how to hand over the keys to the apartment.
Keys are issued at the reception from 17:00 to 24:00.
In case of arrival after the designated time, it is possible to collect the keys from the box using the PIN code. Guest must notify the receptionist of their planned arrival outside the designated times during the reception's working hours from 9:00 to 24:00 to receive a PIN code for the key box.
On the day of arrival, Guests are required to report to the reception desk to pick up the keys, fill out the Registration Card and pay the total fee for the stay if it has not been paid in advance.
The check-in procedure requires the Guest to show a current document with a photo..
From 22:00 to 06:00 guest are to observe quiet hours on the premises.
On the premises of the facility it is prohibited to make excessive noise or perform other activities that would make the use of the facility a nuisance to other Guests.
The number of persons staying in the Apartment must be in accordance with the number stated during the reservation process.
In case of violation of this rule, SoleOle has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect without refunding the rental contract or charge the Guest an additional fee for each additional person staying in the apartment.
Smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and use of prohibited stimulants is strictly prohibited on the premises.
For violation of the ban, the Guest may be charged a fine.
For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited in the rooms to use open flames and heating devices that do not constitute equipment of the apartment.
The Guest is obliged to report any damage found in the apartment after handing over the keys to the reception employee.
Failure to report may result in the Guest being charged for any repairs.
SoleOle reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit of EUR 50 for each person staying in the apartment payable in cash for any damage caused to the apartment during the Guest's stay.
The Guests bear full responsibility for any kind of damage and missing items throughout the property, which may arise due to their fault or due to their visitors’ fault.
The Guest will be held financially responsible for the damage caused and there is no possibility to repurchase the damaged items on their own. In case of any damage, the Guest should immediately notify the receptionist
Legal guardians bear full responsibility for any damage to objects of equipment and technical devices of the facility caused by minors under their care.

SoleOle undertakes to remove any defects arising in the Apartment without delay, within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt of notification, unless the nature of the defect determines a longer repair time.
In case of unforeseeable fortuitous circumstances, the consequences of which are impossible or difficult to eliminate immediately, SoleOle reserves the right to offer the Guest a replacement apartment.
Breakdowns due to reasons beyond SoleOle's control, including, for instance, the supply of utilities or malfunctions of equipment in the Apartment, do not constitute grounds for changing the price or cancelling the reservation.
Should phenomena beyond the control of SoleOle occur in which the personal safety of the Guest or the Guest's property cannot be guaranteed, SoleOle shall have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract.
In such case, the amounts paid by the Guest shall be refunded immediately, with deduction of amounts due for services already rendered.
In the event of unexpected circumstances difficult or impossible to foresee resulting in the impossibility of making the premises available to the ordering party SoleOle reserves the right to cancel the rental of the Apartment or to amend the reservation.
Such circumstances include: natural disasters, occupation of the Apartment by a government authority, strikes, wars, riots and deprivation of the Apartment by the supplier: electricity, heating energy or water.
The Guests are obliged to keep the Apartment in the same condition as they found it at the beginning of their stay, any changes in the arrangement of furniture and household appliances / TVs, located in the Apartment is prohibited.
It is forbidden to take the towels available in the apartments outside the apartment and to use them as beach towels.
SoleOle is not liable under any circumstances for the Guest's personal belongings left in the apartment as well as throughout the facility.
In the event of losing the key to the Apartment, the Guest will be charged with the cost of replacing the locks on the doors.
The stay of animals in the Apartment is allowed only after SoleOle has given the appropriate permission..
The guest is obliged to request permission to bring pets before booking by contacting the reception at a phone number or e-mail. In the case of violation of this rule, SoleOle has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect without refund of the rental contract.
In justified cases SoleOle reserves the right to enter the Apartment rented by Guests AT any time.
Legitimate cases are considered to be: a threat to the safety of the Guest, the Guest's failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the Facility, or the Guest's failure to vacate the Apartment on the day of departure by the hour designated in these rules and regulations.
In the event of failure to vacate the apartment by the hour designated in the regulations, SoleOle staff is entitled to enter the apartment in the absence of the Guest, pack his/her belongings and carry them to the reception desk, or charge the Guest with the cost of the next hotel night.
It is prohibited to organize any kind of party on the premises, including bachelor parties and bachelorette parties without SoleOle's prior consent.
The guest is required to request permission prior to booking by contacting the reception desk at a public telephone number or e-mail. In case of violation of this rule, SoleOle has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect without refund of the rental contract.
The Guest is the sole user of the apartment and may not sublease it or give it for free use to third parties.
The Guest's early departure, for reasons beyond the control of SoleOle, does not entitle the Guest to claim a refund of any amount for unused services.
The stay of a child under 3 years of age, sleeping with adults in one bed and not requiring additional sheets, is free of charge.
When making a reservation, the Guest is obliged to inform the reception of such a circumstance. It is possible to prepare and insert a baby crib for a child in the apartment, a fee of EUR 10 per night (fee collected in cash at the SoleOle reception on the day of arrival at check-in). The possibility to request a crib is dependent on availability.
Guests under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, behaving aggressively or posing any kind of threat to other people and property may not be allowed on the premises. SoleOle has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect without refund of the rental contract.
SoleOle shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused during the Guest's stay related to: noise coming from other apartments and the surroundings, construction Or finishing works that may be carried out on the premises of the building and neighboring properties, nor shall SoleOle be liable for interruptions in the supply of utilities ( e.g. electricity, water, Internet,TV ) arising for reasons beyond SoleOle's control.
SoleOle shall not be liable for legal and/or civil claims in the event of accidents, injuries or death of Guests or third parties on the premises during the Guest's stay arising from circumstances beyond the control of SoleOle.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT Direct Reservations. Direct reservations are made by having the guest contact the following information channels: Phone: +34 619 14 71 30 E-mail: soleole@soleole.es Direct booking requires payment of 30% of the total price within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of the initial booking by SoleOle to the bank number given below, if booking with a minimum of 14 days in advance of the planned arrival date. Guests are required to pay the remainder of the amount for their stay in the Apartment within a maximum of 21 days prior to their scheduled arrival in the period from 1st of June to 30th of September and within a maximum of 14 days prior to their scheduled arrival in the remaining period, except when the guest agrees individual terms with SoleOle reception. In case the payment is not registered in due time, SoleOle reserves the right to freely dispose of the Apartment without any obligation to inform the ordering party in advance. In case of any technical problems with the payment, the Guest is obliged to contact SoleOle in order to establish an individual solution to the problem. Due to delays in processing payment orders, please send confirmation of prepayment to the email address indicated above. The Guest has the right to cancel the reservation of the Apartment free of charge or to shorten the planned stay, within a period not exceeding 21 days before the planned arrival in the period from 1st of June to 30th of September and within a period not exceeding 14 days before the planned arrival in the remaining period. Exceeding this deadline entails non-refund of the rental agreement. Unidentified payments will be sent back to the account of the sender of the transfer, minus the administrative costs which may result in SoleOle cancelling the reservation due to non-payment. 2. Booking through the website Guest can choose to pay by credit card or by redirecting to a particular bank with the indication of transfer execution. After logging in, the Guest receives a transfer form ready for acceptance with the appropriate amount, transfer title and recipient's data. After accepting the transfer, the Guest returns to the website. Reservation through the website requires payment of 30% of the total price at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date. The remainder of the amount for the stay in the Suite is to be paid by the Guest up to 21 days before the planned arrival in the period from 1st of June to 30th of September and up to 14 days before the planned arrival in the remaining period to the bank account indicated above, except when the Guest agrees individual terms with the SoleOle reception. If the payment is not recorded in due time, SoleOle reserves the right to freely dispose of the Apartment without any obligation to inform the guest in advance. The guest has the right to cancel the reservation of the Apartment free of charge or to shorten the planned stay, within a period not exceeding 21 days before the planned arrival in the period from 1st of June to 30th of September and within a period not exceeding 14 days before the planned arrival in the remaining period. Exceeding this deadline entails non-refund of the rental agreement. After making a reservation, the Guest will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation. In case of any technical problems with the payment or lack of e-mail message to the e-mail address indicated in the order with the confirmation of the reservation, the Guest is obliged to contact SoleOle in order to establish an individual solution to the problem. Additional charges: An additional charge for the final cleaning of the apartment is added to each order. The fee depends on the size of the apartment and ranges from EUR 50 to EUR 100. One additional free cleaning of the apartment is available to Guests for stays of more than 21 days. For stays longer than 14 days, after 7 days Guests can order a free replacement of towels and bed linen. At any time the Guest has the right to order cleaning service of the apartment, the cost of the service depends on the size of the apartment and is from 50 EUR to 100 EUR. Invoice for services Upon individual request, the Guest may receive an invoice for his/her stay, in which case he/she is obliged to provide complete details for the invoice during check-in.
COMPLAINTS
1. The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint in case of any deficiencies in regard to the quality of services offered. 2. Complaints are received at the reception or by e-mail where the reservation is received. 3. A complaint should be made in writing immediately after noticing the deficiencies in the quality of services. 4. A complaint will be reviewed as soon as possible, the maximum time is 7 working days.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
By making a reservation at SoleOle, the Guest agrees to the inclusion of his/her personal data in the database. The data will be processed solely for the purpose of completing the reservation, facilitating subsequent bookings and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of La Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPD-GDD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The above data will not be transferred or resold to any third parties. In the event of any disputes that may arise from actions not covered by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Spanish law shall apply. Disputes will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over SoleOle's registered office.
